Leo Bezerra projects November delivery of Guilherme Brito de Holanda Square

Mayor Leo Bezerra has projected that the Guilherme Brito de Holanda Square in the Pedro Gondim neighborhood will be completed and delivered this November. The project, managed by the Secretariat of Infrastructure (Seinfra), covers a total area of 4,426.88 m².

The construction was re-tendered after the previous contractor failed to fulfill the contract. The new company is currently working on soil compaction, sidewalk concreting, and the installation of fencing structures.

Once finished, the square will feature a variety of amenities including a playground with accessible equipment for wheelchair users, a senior citizens' area, a sand court, bicycle racks, a walking track, and a fitness area. The infrastructure also includes a parking lot with 50 spaces, six of which are designated for accessibility.
