Leo Calaianov assists Santa Fe institutions with legal documentation

Provincial Deputy Leo Calaianov and his team are providing legal and administrative assistance to various institutions in southern Santa Fe. The initiative, which began in December 2023, aims to help organizations regularize their legal status and documentation to ensure they meet the requirements for provincial government programs and subsidies.

The program targets a wide range of entities, including sports clubs, retirees' centers, fire departments, cooperatives, commercial centers, and civil associations. To date, more than 100 institutions have made progress in regularizing their documentation.

Specific tasks include managing subsistence filings with the Registry of Legal Entities, advising on legal responsibilities and contracts, and assisting with the normalization of legal personalities. This support is intended to facilitate the daily operations of these organizations and provide them with the necessary tools to operate within the current regulatory framework.
