Reo Hatate scores and assists in Burnley's 4-0 win over Watford

Japanese midfielder Reo Hatate delivered a standout performance for Burnley FC during their English Championship match against Watford on October 10. Hatate, who joined Burnley this summer from Celtic, recorded one goal and one assist in the 4-0 victory.

In the 13th minute, Hatate provided the assist for Jacob Bruun Larsen’s opening goal. He followed this up in the 25th minute by scoring his first goal since joining the club with a controlled shot into the side netting. His performance earned him a high rating from local media and the Player of the Match title from the BBC.

The win marks Burnley’s first victory of the current season, helping the team move up from 24th to 22nd in the league standings after a difficult start to the campaign.
