Leo Montañez begins dissemination of Second Activity Report

Leo Montañez, the municipal president of Aguascalientes, has launched the dissemination of his Second Activity Report from the Plaza de la Patria. Rather than focusing solely on a list of completed public works, Montañez stated that the upcoming twelve-day presentation will highlight the continuous work of municipal employees who maintain the city's operations 24 hours a day.

During his address, Montañez emphasized transparency and collective effort, noting that he chose to speak in a public plaza rather than behind closed doors. He credited the stability and rhythm of the capital to the dedication of the municipal staff, asserting that the report is a reflection of their shared work to keep the city functioning.
