Leo Pareja named CEO of AGNT as Glenn Sanford steps down

Leo Pareja has been appointed CEO of AGNT, Inc., the parent company of eXp Realty and NextHome, succeeding founder Glenn Sanford. The leadership transition, announced during eXp Con 2026, follows a multi-year succession plan.

Sanford, who founded the company in 2009, will transition to the role of chairman of the board and continue to serve as an adviser. Pareja, who has served as CEO of eXp Realty since April 2024, will oversee AGNT’s next phase of growth, with a specific focus on digital transformation and integrating artificial intelligence into the company’s platform to support real estate agents.

AGNT, formerly known as eXp World Holdings, also oversees FrameVR.io and SUCCESS Enterprises. Pareja previously held roles as chief strategy officer and president of affiliated services within the organization.
