Leo Romano Opens New Art Gallery in Goiânia

Architect and designer Leo Romano inaugurated the Galeria de Artes Leo Romano in Goiânia’s Setor Sul on 28 July. The venue opened with the exhibition “Travessia,” showcasing Romano’s latest work across architecture, visual art and design. The show features drawings, artworks, design objects and recent projects, emphasizing the role of drawing in his creative process. Romano described the exhibition as “an invitation to look at the present,” stressing that each piece transforms the invisible into presence.

Romano, nationally recognised for residential, corporate and commercial projects in Brazil and abroad, has expanded his practice into visual arts and authorial design. The new gallery will serve as a permanent space for presenting contemporary works and projects tied to his multidisciplinary approach.
