Leon Foreman missing in East Texas

The Tyler Police Department has issued an urgent request for assistance in locating 78-year-old Leon Foreman, who is considered a critical missing person. Foreman suffers from cognitive issues and may be disoriented.

His vehicle, a dark gray Mazda CX-5 with Texas license plate PKJ0102, was last spotted traveling southbound near Highway 155 and Gardner Drive in Palestine, Texas, at approximately 5:27 p.m. on Thursday. Foreman was last seen wearing a striped shirt and gray pants.

Authorities are asking residents in East Texas, particularly in the Palestine and Anderson County areas, to remain vigilant. Anyone with information regarding his location or the vehicle's direction of travel is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department at 903-531-1000.
