Leonardo Del Vecchio Jr. accused of restricting access to infant daughter on Sardinian yacht

Italian showgirl and influencer Sara Soldati has filed a legal complaint against her former partner, entrepreneur Leonardo Del Vecchio Jr., alleging that he allowed her to see their one‑year‑old daughter, Bianca, only for a few minutes. The brief meeting took place on Del Vecchio’s yacht anchored off Cala di Volpe in Sardinia on 24 July.

Soldati’s lawyers argue that the child was effectively held on the boat, limiting her contact with the mother and raising concerns about the infant’s welfare. Authorities are reviewing the case as a possible instance of private violence and unlawful restrictions on the child’s freedom.

The dispute follows a longer legal battle that began earlier, with the pair having known each other for eight years and sharing a history of public appearances. The current allegation adds a new dimension, focusing on the limited access to the child and the conditions of her stay on the yacht.
