Leonardo DRS CEO John Baylouny receives AUSA John W. Dixon Award

John Baylouny, President and CEO of Leonardo DRS, has been awarded the Association of the United States Army’s (AUSA) John W. Dixon Award. The honor was presented during the 2026 AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition.

Established in 1989, the John W. Dixon Award recognizes distinguished service within the industrial community that results in significant contributions to national defense. The award honors leaders whose work impacts the U.S. Army, the defense industrial base, and national security.

Baylouny has over 35 years of experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, including 15 years in executive leadership. Since becoming CEO in January 2026, he has overseen the development of technologies supporting Army readiness, including counter-UAS, air and missile defense, precision munitions, and Next Generation Command and Control systems.
