Leonardo Hotels to Rebrand Former Hilton Evian-les-Bains as NYX Hotel

Leonardo Hotels Central Europe will take over the former Hilton Evian-les-Bains on the French shore of Lake Geneva effective 1 August 2026. The property will initially operate under the name Hotel Evian-les-Bains by Leonardo Hotels while extensive modernisation works are carried out. After the renovation it will reopen as NYX Hotel Evian-les-Bains by Leonardo Hotels, joining the group’s lifestyle NYX brand.

The 170‑room hotel, many with lake or Alpine views, will retain a restaurant with a terrace, a bar, a heated outdoor pool, fitness and spa facilities, meeting rooms and an executive lounge. Its location offers easy access to the town centre and a ferry link to Lausanne, Switzerland. CEO Yoram Biton says the site provides year‑round demand for leisure and business travellers, fitting Leonardo’s expansion strategy in France.
