Leonardo La Russa supports same-sex marriage and adoption rights

Leonardo La Russa, the 24-year-old son of Italian Senate President Ignazio La Russa, has expressed social views that diverge significantly from his family's political alignment. In an interview on the podcast ‘Radici – Beyond The Name’, Leonardo discussed his personal interests and his differing stances on civil liberties.

While his father pursued a career in law and politics, Leonardo moved to London to study fashion business management and has developed interests in music, media, and the hospitality sector. Regarding social issues, Leonardo stated that he supports same-sex marriage, gay adoption, and abortion rights, noting that he often feels like a ‘complicated’ son due to these ideological differences.
