Leonardo Storck earns first ATP ranking point with comeback win in São Paulo

Seventeen‑year‑old Brazilian Leonardo Storck, a Rio Tennis Academy player and former Roland Garros junior semifinalist, claimed his first professional ATP point at the M15 tournament in São Paulo. Playing at the Clube Paineiras do Morumby, Storck defeated Peru's Nicolas Baena 6‑3, 4‑6, 7‑5, rallying from a 5‑3 deficit in the third set. The two‑hour‑twenty‑minute match marked his debut on the ATP circuit.

The victory moves Storck into the ATP ranking for the first time and sets up a round‑of‑16 clash with the winner of the Mateus Alves versus Francisco Damorim match. Storck credited his coaches and friends for support during the pivotal moments of the contest.
