In the Dominican Republic's LIDOM, Leones del Escogido has announced the signings of pitchers Jackson Rees and Reid VanScoter to bolster their rotation. Additionally, Estrellas Orientales has signed Panamanian pitcher Jaime Barría, a former Major Leaguer with the Los Angeles Angels, to add depth to their starting rotation.

In Nicaragua's LBPN, the six professional franchises have completed their rosters following a draft in Managua. This process included the integration of Los Dantos as a new franchise. Ronald Garth has been named the manager for Los Dantos, marking his debut in the professional circuit.

In Venezuela's LVBP, Bravos de Margarita has confirmed the return of Dominican reliever Claudio Custodio for his third consecutive season to strengthen their bullpen.
