Leopard Moto3 Disqualification Upheld After Appeal Rejection

The FIM Appeal Stewards denied Leopard Racing's appeals, confirming the six‑race disqualification of Moto3 rider Adrián Fernández. The panel found that the team had tampered with engine seal integrity, violating Moto3 Engine Durability Regulations.

As a result, Fernández must forfeit 77 of his 90 world‑championship points, dropping from third to twentieth in the standings and reducing his remaining engine allocation to two blocks for the rest of the season. The decision reinforces strict compliance with technical rules and may be taken further to the International Court of Appeal.
