Folk singer Lepa Lukić has shared personal details regarding a pregnancy termination she underwent at age 22. She stated that the decision subsequently impacted her ability to conceive children in the future, leading her to take an eighteen-month hiatus from singing to focus on her health.

Following her comments, public speculation arose suggesting that the late singer Toma Zdravković was the father. Lukić has explicitly denied these rumors, clarifying that she and Zdravković were merely friends and were not in a romantic relationship.
