Lepotkarija Shopping Centre Fire Extinguished in Skopje

A fire broke out at the Lepotkarija shopping centre in the Karposh municipality of Skopje on 2 August 2026. The blaze started in a grill at the restaurant “Giro House”. The Skopje fire brigade responded with one fire engine and three firefighters, quickly containing and extinguishing the fire. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is still being investigated.

Both local reports confirm that the incident was localized, the fire was fully extinguished, and authorities are working to determine the reasons for the ignition.
