Les Amis de Zakopane outlines community projects in Blanzy
The association ‘Les Amis de Zakopane’ held a back-to-school meeting at its new premises in the former technical services workshops of Blanzy. During the meeting, President Michel Rizet outlined the organization’s objectives and upcoming activities scheduled through the end of 2026.
Planned initiatives include various lotteries to support Octore Rose, the Téléthon, and René Picard school, as well as participation in the Christmas markets of Blanzy and Sanvignes. The association also plans to engage in sales at Leclerc and the Rizet bakery during the holiday season.
Looking toward 2027, the group intends to continue supporting local schools, including René Picard, Jean Régnier, and Lucie Aubrac. President Rizet emphasized the importance of maintaining a respectful and benevolent atmosphere within the association, urging members to focus on their shared goals and community spirit.
