Les Belles Canailles restaurant unveils new identity in Cassis

The restaurant Les Belles Canailles, located within the five-star Les Roches Blanches hotel in Cassis, has introduced a new culinary identity. Under the direction of General Manager Christopher Lavaud, the establishment has undergone a transformation to emphasize local talent and seasonal Mediterranean products.

The kitchen is now led by Executive Chef Alessandro Guardiani and Pastry Chef Kevin Raynal. Both chefs bring extensive experience from various Alain Ducasse establishments across London, Monaco, Paris, and Kyoto. Their new menu focuses on a contemporary interpretation of Provençal flavors, featuring ingredients sourced from local producers.
