Leskovac Grill Festival sets new record with 90.5kg pljeskavica

At the 36th Leskovac Grill Festival in Serbia, a team from the Meskombinata group set a new record by preparing a giant pljeskavica weighing 90.5 kilograms. This surpassed last year's record by 500 grams.

The massive meat patty measured 208 centimeters in diameter and 3 centimeters in thickness. To ensure the record-breaking dish remained intact during the cooking process, a team of eight people was required to flip it on the grill.

In addition to the Meskombinata team, participants included teams from the fast food establishment Laki, as well as Koliba Konak and Kod dva drugara. Following the preparation, the giant pljeskavica was shared among the festival attendees.
