Lester Noe Perez-Amador charged with sexual assault in NJ kidnapping case
Lester Noe Perez-Amador, 27, faces additional charges of two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and one count of third-degree child endangerment following the kidnapping of a six-year-old girl in Washington Borough, New Jersey.
According to investigators, Perez-Amador entered the child’s bedroom through an unlocked window, covered her mouth, and carried her toward nearby train tracks where the assault occurred. The child was found returning home on foot approximately one hour after the abduction. She was subsequently transported to a hospital for medical evaluation.
Perez-Amador, who was known to the victim, was previously charged with first-degree home invasion burglary and first-degree kidnapping. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed that the suspect was living in the United States illegally and had been in ICE custody for deportation in March 2024 before being released back into the community. A detainer has since been lodged against him. He is currently held at the Warren County Correctional Center.
