In Ålesund, parking regulations and availability are changing due to ongoing excavation work in Kipervika and preparations for Den Norske Matfestivalen. The festival setup involves installing tents and stands throughout the city streets, necessitating changes to signage and traffic flow.

As a result of the construction, bus routes have been diverted via St. Olavs plass. Drivers are advised to be cautious of temporary parking restrictions, particularly on Sankten, where certain spaces are now reserved for bus priority to allow for passenger boarding and alighting.
