Letícia Lara Rodrigues launches LIDERA-IN leadership method book

Letícia Lara Rodrigues, founder and CEO of Tree, has developed the LIDERA-IN method, which is being released in a new book titled ‘LIDERA-IN – Um guia para a liderança em tempos de transformação’. Published by Editora Jandaíra, the book is scheduled for launch on August 19 in São Paulo during the CONARH congress.

The methodology was created to address leadership challenges posed by geopolitical instability, artificial intelligence, and increasing demands for compliance and transparency. The method is built upon five core competencies: Intentionality, Innovation, Inspiration, Integrity, and Inclusion. Rodrigues developed the framework based on her experience working with over 320 companies and conducting thousands of training sessions for approximately 100,000 professionals.

The book features a preface by Ana Fontes, founder of Rede Mulher Empreendedora. Tree has previously provided services to various major organizations, including Google, Johnson & Johnson, and Siemens.
