Leticia Vargas Tinajero appointed to Soledad infrastructure role

Mayor Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez has appointed Leticia Vargas Tinajero as the new head of the Municipal Infrastructure and Social Development Directorate. Vargas Tinajero, who previously served at the state level in the Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano, Vivienda y Obra Pública (Seduvop), will focus on urban transformation, social policies, and completing ongoing infrastructure projects.

This appointment is part of a reciprocal personnel exchange between the state and municipal governments. Jorge Grimaldo Limón has left his position in Soledad to assume leadership of Seduvop, replacing Vargas Tinajero. This movement follows a pattern of administrative shifts between the state administration of Ricardo Gallardo Cardona and the Soledad municipal government.
