Letizia Sucameli named godmother for Strawoman 2026

Letizia Sucameli has been named the godmother for the Strawoman 2026 event, a non-competitive walk scheduled for October 11 in Mazara del Vallo. This event serves as the Sicilian stop of a larger tour across Italy.

Organized by Pino Pomilia through the Antonella Pomilia Association, the initiative aims to raise awareness for oncological prevention, coinciding with October being the month of prevention. The event is supported by the Municipality of Mazara del Vallo and involves the LILT (Italian League for the Fight against Cancer). The association focuses on solidarity, social engagement, and health awareness through sports and educational conferences.
