Letting agent Harry Cox wins Slimming World's 2026 Man of the Year after losing 14 stone

Harry Cox, a 27‑year‑old letting agent from Holland‑on‑Sea in Essex, shed 14 stone (approximately 90 kg), dropping from 25 st 6.5 lb to 11 st 1 lb. He achieved the weight loss through the Slimming World programme, adopting a diet of overnight oats, low‑fat yoghurt, fruit and lean protein, and increasing daily walks.

After his transformation, Cox climbed 3,560 ft up Snowdon as a personal milestone and was named Slimming World’s Man of the Year for 2026. He credited his mother, Sarah Cox, who also lost weight with the programme, and emphasized that the change improved both his physical stamina and mental outlook.

The award highlights a personal health journey rather than a broader policy or market development, reflecting the growing public interest in lifestyle‑focused weight‑loss initiatives.
