Flemish Minister of Heritage Ben Weyts is investing €200,000 into the restoration of the former Stadsschool nr. 6 in Leuven. The historical site, which has been vacant for some time, is being prepared for repurposing into office, practical, and catering spaces.

The restoration project will focus on repairing the facades, woodwork, and roofing. The site holds historical significance, having previously housed the Van Aerschodt bell foundry before becoming a boys' school in 1899. The redevelopment project, led by De Hoorn, aims to transform the location into a hub for health and wellness.
