Level-5 announces ‘The Celestial Express’ DLC for Fantasy Life i

Level-5 has announced a paid expansion for Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time titled ‘The Celestial Express’. The announcement was made by CEO Akihiro Hino during the Level-5 Vision 2026 II presentation.

The DLC will introduce two new Life Ranks: ‘God-in-Training’ and ‘God’. The crafting system is being expanded to allow players to create different versions of items from a single recipe, with some ‘God Recipes’ potentially granting special ‘God Skills’. Additionally, a new ‘God Crown’ tier will be added, which is stronger than the existing Gold Crown.

Other features include new weapons, armor, and outfits based on buddies, as well as a new accessory type called ‘Wingmate’ that assists players during adventures. The expansion will also feature a customizable special mount that can be equipped with parts crafted by God-rank players, allowing for changes in appearance and stats, including the ability to attack while riding. Further content includes new furniture sets, house designs, monsters, and gatherables. A release date has not yet been announced.
