Levent Uysal receives honor award from Turkish Physics Association

Dr. Levent Uysal, a Member of Parliament for Mersin and a member of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), has been presented with the ‘2026 Turkish Physics Association Industrialist and Businessman Special Honor Award’.

The award was presented during the 42nd International Physics Congress held in Bodrum, Muğla, which brought together scientists from Turkey and around the world. Uysal was recognized for his contributions to education, science, and youth development.

In his remarks, Uysal emphasized that investing in education, science, and the younger generation is one of the most critical investments for the future of Turkey. He stated that the nation's future will be shaped by generations capable of producing knowledge, converting technology into value, and competing globally.
