LeverUP named finalist for Braze Torchie Awards 2026

LeverUP, a Zagreb-based company specializing in customer communication enhancement, has been named a finalist for the Braze Torchie Awards 2026. The company is nominated in the ‘Transformation Partner of the Year’ category.

The nomination follows LeverUP’s work with PHH Group, a leading e-commerce entity in the Baltic and Nordic regions. LeverUP successfully managed a complete migration to the Braze platform for PHH Group within eight weeks. This transition allowed the group to automate multilingual campaigns and utilize real-time customer behavior data and AI-driven product recommendations without interrupting daily communications.

Daria Nemčonok, CEO of LeverUP, stated that the nomination demonstrates the ability of Croatian companies to design world-class solutions and manage technically demanding projects. The winners of the Torchie Awards will be announced at the Braze Forge conference in September 2026.
