Levi Colwill to expand £4.2m Surrey villa with private gym

Chelsea defender Levi Colwill has received local planning approval to expand his £4.2 million villa in Surrey. The expansion includes a private gym equipped with modern amenities such as a sauna and relaxation area.

The renovation is intended to support Colwill’s physical recovery following a difficult season marked by a serious anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. In addition to the gym, the 23-year-old plans to add a cinema, entertainment room, and home office to the six-bedroom property.

The estate, located near Chelsea’s Cobham training ground, already features a swimming pool, six bathrooms, and an outdoor kitchen. The property was previously owned by former Chelsea defender Ryan Bertrand.
