Levica accuses VMRO-DPMNE of politicizing State Commission

The political party Levica has accused the VMRO-DPMNE of transforming the State Second-Instance Commission into a partisan entity. According to information provided by whistleblowers, the commission, which is intended to function as an independent body, is facing serious allegations of illegality and strong political influence regarding decisions on labor, administrative, and inspection disputes.

Levica claims that the commission's leadership and members are closely tied to VMRO-DPMNE. The current president, Ilche Mušarevski, is described as a long-time party activist allegedly installed by Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Antonio Milošoski. Other members cited include Tanja Dedejska, a former VMRO-DPMNE municipal advisor, and Maja Bičiklska, who has previously held roles in various ministries. The party alleges that these appointments indicate the commission is operating under the direct control of Milošoski.
