Levica official attends Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok

Marjan Dimitriev, a member of the Central Committee of the Levica party, participated in the 11th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia, as a delegate of the ‘New Generation’ program. The forum focused on economic development, investment, infrastructure, and technology amidst shifts in the global economy.

Dimitriev attended sessions featuring high-ranking Russian officials, including Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and spokesperson Mariia Zakharova, and attended a plenary session addressed by President Vladimir Putin. During the event, Dimitriev held meetings with international representatives to explore potential future cooperation and economic opportunities for North Macedonia.

The Levica party emphasized that as the world moves toward a multipolar order, North Macedonia must pursue a sovereign and pragmatic foreign policy. They argued that the country should diversify its international cooperation, seek new markets and investments, and avoid strictly adhering to the geopolitical priorities of other nations.
