Levite Shabach releases new gospel single ‘Maranatha’

Ghanaian gospel artist and worship leader Levite Shabach, also known as Shadrach Danso, has released a new contemporary gospel worship ballad titled ‘Maranatha’.

The track was recorded live during the annual Just Worship concert held at Calvary Baptist Church in Awoshie. Produced by Shadrach Yawson, also known as Shaa, the recording aims to capture the raw emotion and atmosphere of a live worship gathering.

The song’s title refers to the traditional cry for the Lord to come, focusing on themes of spiritual revival, divine encounters, and the return of Jesus Christ. Beyond anticipation of the second coming, the music serves as a prayer for immediate spiritual impact, including healing and miracles. Based in Accra, Levite Shabach is known for an Afrocentric sound that blends local influences with contemporary Christian music.
