Levski and CSKA Sofia conclude summer transfer window activity

Bulgarian football clubs Levski Sofia and CSKA Sofia have concluded significant activity during the summer transfer window. Levski Sofia demonstrated substantial financial investment following a change in ownership, spending approximately 3.52 million euros on new players. Key acquisitions include Reinaldo for 1.5 million euros and Serginho for 1 million euros. The club also secured high-profile free agents such as former Liverpool and Porto player Marko Grujic.

In contrast, CSKA Sofia focused on financial stabilization. After reporting significant deficits in previous seasons, the club has moved into a positive financial framework, reporting a small surplus of 300,000 euros. CSKA spent 1.1 million euros on new players, including Joel Schwartz and Stefano Sensi, while generating 1.35 million euros through player sales, such as Lumbar Delova and Matias Phaeton.
