Lewis Hamilton claims peak physical fitness ahead of F1 restart

Speaking ahead of the Dutch Grand Prix at the Zandvoort circuit, the 41-year-old Ferrari driver noted that instead of his usual summer routine of socializing, he dedicated three weeks to intensive training to prepare for his pursuit of an eighth world title.

Hamilton currently sits second in the championship standings, trailing leader Kimi Antonelli by 50 points. He expressed confidence in the current state of his Ferrari vehicle, suggesting the team has made positive progress and established a strong foundation for the remainder of the season. This marks a significant shift in outlook compared to his earlier, more frustrated period with the Scuderia.
