Lewis Hamilton clinches first Ferrari victory at Barcelona Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton secured his inaugural win for Ferrari at the Barcelona Grand Prix, marking the first Ferrari triumph by a driver since Michael Schumacher won at the same circuit thirty years earlier. The British champion described the victory as a lifelong dream and said he hopes it is only the beginning of his success with the “red colours”.

Following the win, Hamilton moved into second place in the drivers’ championship. He later reflected on the challenges faced in Austria, calling the race a “reality check” after finishing fifth, and noted the superior pace of Red Bull and Max Verstappen.
