Lewis Hamilton finishes fourth at Dutch Grand Prix

He described this break as the most different of his career, focusing on intense physical training and personal development rather than traditional leisure. He stated he is returning in the best form he has ever experienced after a summer break, aiming to eliminate distractions to reach his performance goals.
