Lewiston and Brunswick lead Varsity Maine boys soccer poll

Lewiston and Brunswick have secured the top two positions in the Varsity Maine boys soccer poll at the season's midpoint. Lewiston holds the No. 1 ranking for the second consecutive poll with 84 points, followed closely by Brunswick in second place with 80 points.

Both top-ranked teams improved their standings following victories over Edward Little, which currently sits at eighth in the rankings. The latest poll also sees John Bapst entering at sixth and Fryeburg Academy at tenth. The rankings are based on games played prior to September 22, 2026.
