Lexus vehicle owned by Truong My Lan sold at auction

A Lexus vehicle previously owned by Truong My Lan has been sold at auction for 600 million VND. The auction, organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Asset Auction Service Center, follows several unsuccessful attempts and subsequent price reductions.

The vehicle, a black five-seater Lexus, was originally listed in May with a starting price of over 767 million VND. Technical reports indicated the used vehicle had a faulty battery, preventing it from being driven despite the engine being able to start. The successful bidder is Mr. P. V. T, a resident of Ho Chi Minh City.

The Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency announced it will cease restrictions on the transfer of ownership for the vehicle following the successful sale. This follows previous auctions of other assets linked to Truong My Lan, including a Maybach sold for 16.6 billion VND and a BMW sold for 879 million VND.
