LG and Amazon launch new digital signage display solutions
LG Electronics and Amazon have announced new hardware solutions for the digital signage market.
LG is introducing the 110UH5Q-H, a 110-inch 4K UHD large-format display scheduled for release in Germany in the fourth quarter of 2026. Designed for conference rooms, retail, and hospitality, the display features 500 Nit brightness and an anti-glare surface to ensure visibility in bright environments. The model utilizes the webOS platform and supports both portrait and landscape orientations to provide a seamless alternative to traditional video walls or projectors.
Amazon has launched a 55-inch 4K UHD all-in-one Signage Display in the United States, priced at $699.99. The device includes a built-in quad-core system-on-chip media player, Wi-Fi 6, and Miracast support. The hardware is designed to simplify setups by integrating the media player directly into the screen, reducing the need for external components. The display is CMS-ready and compatible with existing Amazon Signage Stick workflows through platforms like Wisar Digital’s 42 digital signage.
