LG CNS and Japanese telecommunications firm KDDI have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation (DX) businesses across the Asia-Pacific region. The partnership aims to combine LG CNS’s AI expertise with KDDI’s telecommunications infrastructure and extensive regional network.

The collaboration will focus on several key areas: developing customized AI agent services using the ‘AgenticWorks’ platform, pursuing industrial automation and robot management through the ‘PhysicalWorks’ platform, and creating smart city solutions.
