LG Electronics opens first Middle East B2B AI Home center in Riyadh

LG Electronics has opened its first B2B-dedicated AI Home experience center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, marking an expansion into the Middle East and Africa business-to-business markets. The showroom features premium residential spaces, including kitchens and bedrooms, equipped with customized built-in appliances and lifestyle furniture.

Visitors can experience an integrated ecosystem centered on the ‘ThinQ On’ AI Home Hub, which utilizes generative AI for voice-controlled space management. The center also demonstrates connectivity with various IoT devices via the ‘Homi Pro’ platform. In collaboration with Schneider Electric and ASSA ABLOY, LG is showcasing turnkey building management solutions that integrate appliances, air conditioning, power management, and security.

The move targets the rapidly growing Saudi smart home market, which is projected to expand from approximately $2 billion in 2024 to $8.7 billion by 2030, representing an annual growth rate of over 27%. LG plans to use the Riyadh location as a regional hub and intends to expand its customer touchpoints to other major Saudi cities, such as Jeddah and Dammam, within the year.
