LG Electronics' PRISM AI wins Best AI Tool at 2026 SABRE Awards

LG Electronics’ proprietary AI-powered communications intelligence platform, PRISM AI, has won the Best AI Tool or Product category at the 2026 IN2 SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific. The platform utilizes large language models (LLMs) and deep learning to analyze media coverage, competitive positioning, and emerging narratives across 30 brands and 200 markets worldwide.

By processing millions of articles, the system calculates specific metrics such as the PR Score and CI Index to provide real-time, actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The platform’s evaluation framework was validated by the global PR consultancy Burson.

In addition to its win, PRISM AI was named a finalist in the Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications category at the 2026 SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific. The achievement is viewed as a key component of LG Group’s broader AI Transformation (AX) efforts to integrate deep AI into corporate operations.
