LG Electronics wins 17 honors at IDEA 2026 design awards

LG Electronics has received 17 honors at the 2026 International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA), organized by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). The recognition includes five Bronze awards and 12 products reaching the final round.

This achievement follows 55 previous awards from the Red Dot Design Award and iF Design Award this year, marking LG's recognition across the three most prestigious global design competitions. The IDEA awards evaluate products based on design innovation, user experience enhancement, and commercial potential across 20 categories, including consumer technology and home appliances.

Key award-winning products include the LG OLED evo W6, a wall-mounted TV with a 9mm ultra-slim design, and the LG Therma V™ Air-to-Water Heat Pump system. Other recognized products include the LG UltraFine evo high-resolution graphics monitor and the LG Smart Monitor Swing, which features a flexible stand with wheels for versatile positioning.
