LG Launches Best Care Service to Extend Warranty and Repair Support in Vietnam
LG Electronics has introduced the LG Best Care service ecosystem for Vietnamese households. The offering comprises four groups: a warranty‑extension program that adds 12, 24 or 36 months of coverage, Evening Care+ for repairs outside normal business hours, Ontime Care that lets customers choose convenient service times, and Bright Care for deep cleaning and maintenance of appliances.
The extended warranty uses the same official technicians, genuine parts and unlimited repair visits as the standard policy. All warranty data is recorded directly in LG’s system for rapid verification. According to Minh Phương, Head of Warranty Policy and Planning at LG, the service is designed to ease the burden on busy families who would otherwise need to take leave or rearrange schedules for repairs.
