LG OLED W6 features ultra-thin 9.95 mm Wallpaper design

LG has reintroduced its Wallpaper OLED series with the LG OLED W6, an ultra-thin television designed to mimic a piece of wall decor. The 83-inch model features a chassis thickness of approximately 9.95 mm, making it one of the thinnest televisions on the market.

To achieve this slim profile, LG utilizes a separate Zero Connect Box to house all processing components and connection ports, including four HDMI ports, LAN, and USB. This box transmits 4K video signals with refresh rates up to 165Hz wirelessly to the screen over distances of up to 10 meters, significantly reducing cable clutter behind the display.

Reviews highlight the device for its exceptional image quality, characterized by high brightness, perfect contrast, and natural colors. While the design is highly praised for its seamless wall-mounting capability, the high price point and limited size options are noted as drawbacks. In Vietnam, the 83-inch model is priced at approximately 220 million VND, with some retailers offering discounts to around 190-200 million VND.
