Lgram updates service documentation with new AI integration features

Michona Inc. has updated its service documentation for Lgram, an Instagram automation tool designed to assist with customer acquisition and operational efficiency. The updated materials highlight new AI integration capabilities, specifically through Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections with ChatGPT and Claude.

These AI integrations allow users to analyze operational data, organize customer needs from survey responses, and identify trends in purchase data, reducing manual analytical workloads. The tool also features AI-driven comment replies, which can be customized to match an account's specific tone and information.

As of July 2026, Lgram has surpassed 30,000 implementations. The service utilizes Meta's official API to automate various Instagram functions, including direct messages, automated responses, and post management.
