Løgstør harbor plans include new marina and flood protection

Vesthimmerlands Kommune has held an information meeting to present development plans for the harbor area in Løgstør. The proposed project includes the establishment of a new marina featuring approximately 70 boat slips.

In addition to expanding maritime capacity, the development aims to strengthen the harbor as a hub for local business, tourism, and urban life. A critical component of the plan is the implementation of flood protection measures to safeguard the lower part of Løgstør against rising sea levels in the Limfjord.
