LIAA launches business incubation intake and German trade mission
The Latvia Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) has announced the autumn intake for its Business Incubation Program. From September 9 to 24, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises registered in Latvia that are less than five years old can apply. The program offers financial support covering up to 70% of eligible costs, including services, equipment, and raw materials, alongside expert mentoring and networking opportunities.
Separately, a Latvian business delegation, organized by LIAA, will participate in a trade mission to Berlin from September 14 to 17. The mission aims to strengthen economic cooperation between Latvia and Germany, focusing on ICT, fintech, life sciences, and dual-use technologies. The delegation will include Minister of Economics Viktors Valainis to facilitate new business contacts and expand Latvian presence in the German market, which remains a key partner for Latvian exports and services.
