Liam Gallagher celebrates 54th birthday and Oasis reunion

Manchester rock icon Liam Gallagher is celebrating his 54th birthday. Born William John Paul Gallagher in 1972, he rose to global fame as the frontman of Oasis during the 1990s Britpop era.

Gallagher's career includes the massive success of Oasis's debut album, ‘Definitely Maybe’, and the era-defining ‘(What's a Story) Morning Glory?’, which featured hits such as ‘Wonderwall’ and ‘Don't Look Back in Anger’. His musical journey has also encompassed the band Beady Eye and a successful solo career.

Following a spectacular Oasis reunion in 2025, the band is currently set for a major tour in 2027. Throughout his career, Gallagher has remained a prominent media figure, known for his distinctive voice and his long-standing, public conflicts with his brother, Noel Gallagher.
